Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Senior Project Manager (Delivery) - Racecourse (RAC-040) and play a critical role in delivering a world-class racecourse as part of Saudi Arabia’s premier entertainment destination. You will lead the end-to-end project delivery process, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget objectives are met while coordinating closely with design, construction, and stakeholder teams.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and manage the delivery of the racecourse project from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and budget.
-   The role is essential to ensure that each individual asset is delivered with clear accountability, coherent decision making and active risk management within the wider Racetrack programme. It provides focused QIC ownership at asset level, preventing asset specific requirements, interfaces and risks from being diluted or lost within programme wide delivery under MC model.
-   Single point of accountability for successful delivery of the Racetrack assets, aligned to the overall programme objectives.
-   Early pre-construction responsibilities
-   Owns the asset specific brief, success criteria and performance requirements
-   Manages asset level interfaces with adjacent assets and shared infrastructure
-   Chairs asset level governance forums (design, commercial, package co-ordination)
-   Oversees management contractor performance at asset level
-   Confirms asset phasing, priorities and early works requirements
-   Owns the asset risk register and escalates programme critical risks
-   Reviews package scopes, boundaries and performance requirements
-   Reviews MC buildability input and challenges assumption that impact scope, quality or risk
-   Supports tender evaluation through technical, programme and delivery risk input
-   Owns package specific technical risks and supports controlled change from a scope and design perspective

## Requirements

-   BSc Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
-   Minimum 12 years of experience in project management within large-scale sports and entertainment venue developments, preferably on a racecourse project
-   Proven track record managing complex delivery projects in the construction industry.
-   Strong leadership and team management skills.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
-   Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
-   Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred.
