**Role Purpose**  
Act as the strategic finance partner for assigned assets/business units, providing financial insights, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment support to drive business performance and value creation. -   Partner with asset and business leaders on strategic and financial decisions.
-   Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
-   Monitor asset performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
-   Review business cases, investment proposals, and capital expenditure requests.
-   Deliver financial analysis, reporting, and performance insights to management.
-   Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and governance requirements.
-   Support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

-   10+ years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, asset management, or a related finance function.
-   Strong financial modelling, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
