## Description

At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are shaping a landmark destination redefining entertainment, culture and hospitality in the Kingdom. The Hospitality Business Unit is developing a portfolio of hotel assets central to this vision. As these assets progress, we are seeking experienced professionals to help deliver them to the highest standards of design quality, guest experience and commercial performance. 

In this role, you will assist the end-to-end development of hospitality assets, from concept through to delivery. You will support the project team across key workstreams, focusing on driving progress, supporting decision-making and maintaining alignment in line with Qiddiya’s vision. 

**Key Responsibilities** 

-   Support the development of hospitality assets from early-stage briefing through to delivery, handover and operational readiness 
-   Assist with feasibility studies and business planning to support positioning, guest experience and value creation 
-   Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment, ensure timely deliverables and proactively identify risks and issues 
-   Monitor progress against milestones and performance indicators, maintaining trackers and dashboards to provide clear visibility on status, risks and actions 
-   Support key asset decisions in line with project objectives 
-   Track action items, ensuring timely closure and escalation where required 
-   Support governance and decision-making through preparation of clear, concise reports, presentations, analysis and briefing materials 
-   Contribute to improving ways of working, coordination and reporting practices

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
-   4-7 Years of experience in hospitality, real estate or mixed-use developments.
-   Exposure to development lifecycle stages (feasibility through delivery) 
-   Experience in project coordination roles 
-   Experience working in cross-functional environments
