## Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Executive Director - Delivery - Residential to spearhead the delivery of our residential development projects with a focus on quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role plays a crucial part in our mission to create world-class living environments within the greater Qiddiya project.

As the Executive Director - Delivery - Residential, you will be responsible for managing all facets of residential project delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between design, construction, and operations teams. You will lead strategic planning, oversee execution, and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide leadership and direction for the successful delivery of all residential projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision and quality standards.
-   Develop and implement delivery strategies, processes, and systems tailored to residential developments.
-   Manage interdisciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants, ensuring coordination and efficient resource utilization.
-   Monitor project progress closely, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies promptly.
-   Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements across all residential projects.
-   Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers, government agencies, and community representatives.
-   Provide timely and transparent reporting to senior management on project status, challenges, and opportunities.
-   Mentor and develop delivery team members to enhance capabilities and promote a culture of excellence.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
-   Experience working with a large real estate developer (client-side) is a MUST.
-   Minimum of 20 years’ experience in residential project delivery, including senior leadership roles in large-scale developments.
-   Proven track record of successfully delivering complex **residential projects in Saudi Arabia**.
-   In-depth knowledge of **local residential construction processes**, regulations, and best practices.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities.
