We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who is motivated by scale, impact, and the opportunity to help shape the operational future of one of the world’s most ambitious developments.

**Responsibilities**:

-   Monitor hotel operations, service standards, guest experience, costs, and operator performance.
-   Review management reports, guest feedback, audits, and operational risks.
-   Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, revenue performance, and asset value.
-   Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards, safety requirements, and approved business plans.
-   Review and coordinate OS&E and FF&E selections, mock-ups, installation readiness, and handover.
-   Support capital projects and asset enhancements while minimizing operational disruption.
-   Coordinate with hotel operators, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
-   Prepare operational reports and track improvement actions through completion.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Asset Management, Project Management, or a related field.
-   12+ years of relevant experience in hospitality operations, hotel asset management, operational readiness, or capital project delivery.
-   Strong knowledge of hotel operations, SOPs, brand standards, guest experience, and quality assurance.
-   Experience with OS&E, FF&E, operational audits, and improvement plans.
-   Strong communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
-   Experience in hotels, mixed-use developments, or large-scale destinations is preferred.
