## Description

The Senior Manager – Residential Projects, Governance & Reporting will support the Residential Business Unit by managing governance submissions, executive reporting, and committee coordination across the Residential portfolio.

The role acts as the central point of control for Stage Gate reviews, Development Committee, N-1 / N-2 Committee, and other leadership submissions, ensuring all materials are clear, complete, aligned, and decision-ready.

### Responsibilities

-   Prepare and coordinate governance submissions, committee packs, Stage Gate reviews, and leadership presentations.
-   Develop clear, concise, decision-led materials with defined asks, risks, recommendations, and approvals required.
-   Consolidate inputs from Development, Delivery, Commercial, Cost Planning, Finance, Strategy, CDU, MDU, and other stakeholders.
-   Ensure all submissions follow Qiddiya governance standards, templates, and approval processes.
-   Track approvals, actions, conditions, and follow-ups from governance forums through to close-out.
-   Prepare executive reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
-   Drive stakeholder alignment ahead of submissions to avoid late changes and improve approval success.
-   Support continuous improvement of governance templates, checklists, reporting tools, and submission processes.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-   7+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, PMO, governance, reporting, or portfolio coordination.
-   Experience supporting large-scale residential, mixed-use, masterplan, or giga-project environments.
-   Strong understanding of governance processes, Stage Gate approvals, executive reporting, and committee submissions.
-   Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to create polished executive-level presentations.
-   Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate inputs across multiple senior teams.
-   High attention to detail and ability to turn complex project information into clear, decision-ready outputs.
-   Strong follow-up, action tracking, meeting-minutes, and reporting discipline.
-   GCC / Saudi project experience is preferred
