## Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Golf Landscape Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our golf course landscapes. This role involves managing daily operations to ensure the golf courses are maintained to the highest standards, providing an exceptional experience for visitors.

The Golf Landscape Supervisor will work closely with the golf course management team, groundskeeping staff, and external vendors to implement best practices in turf management, irrigation, and landscape maintenance. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining the aesthetic appeal, health, and safety of all golf course landscapes.

This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong knowledge of golf course landscaping, horticulture, and team management.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Supervise and coordinate daily golf course landscape maintenance activities ensuring quality and timeliness.
-   Manage the care and maintenance of turf, trees, shrubs, and other landscape features on the golf courses.
-   Implement and monitor irrigation systems to optimize water usage and maintain turf health.
-   Train, lead, and motivate landscaping and groundskeeping staff to achieve performance objectives.
-   Work closely with the golf course management and other departments to align landscape maintenance with operational needs.
-   Inspect golf course landscapes regularly to identify and address any issues such as pest infestations, plant diseases, or irrigation problems.
-   Manage inventory of landscaping materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock and efficient use of resources.
-   Ensure all landscaping activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
-   Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for golf course landscape maintenance.
-   Stay updated on the latest golf course landscaping techniques and industry best practices.

## Requirements

-   Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 5 years’ experience in golf course landscaping or similar landscape maintenance role.
-   Strong knowledge of turf management, irrigation systems, and pest control within golf course environments.
-   Proven leadership and team management skills.
-   Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize maintenance schedules effectively.
-   Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
-   Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to landscaping activities.
-   Physical ability to perform fieldwork under various weather conditions.
-   Knowledge of sustainable landscaping and water conservation techniques is a plus.
