As the Senior Stakeholder Manager, you will oversee stakeholder engagement for the Roads Program, ensuring that all efforts align with our vision and operational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure projects, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to build and maintain relationships across various stakeholders.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   **Stakeholder Engagement:** Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies tailored to various stakeholders, including government entities, local communities, and project partners involved in the Roads Program.
-   **Communication Leadership:** Lead the creation of communication materials, including reports and presentations, that articulate the program's progress, impacts, and value to stakeholders.
-   **Conflict Management:** Identify and mitigate potential conflicts through proactive communication and negotiation techniques, ensuring stakeholder concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
-   **Monitoring and Reporting:** Track stakeholder engagement activities, measure satisfaction, and report outcomes to senior management, providing insights that guide decision-making.
-   **Collaborative Planning:** Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that stakeholder feedback is integrated into the project planning and execution phases.
-   **Training and Development:** Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, fostering a culture of stakeholder engagement excellence within the Roads Program.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Development, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
-   A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in stakeholder management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or road development projects.
-   Demonstrated expertise in building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, including government and local communities.
-   Proficient communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to convey complex information clearly.
-   Proven analytical abilities to assess stakeholder needs and feedback effectively.
-   Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
-   Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
-   Experience with project management tools and stakeholder engagement platforms.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
