## Description

This role is vital in developing and executing category strategies, driving cost efficiencies, and fostering supplier relationships to support the company's ambitious vision for growth and excellence.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Support the development and execution of category strategies aligned with business objectives
-   Perform spend analysis and market assessments to identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities
-   Translate data insights into actionable sourcing strategies and procurement initiatives
-   Manage end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution
-   Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenge demand where needed
-   Support supplier management activities, including performance tracking and relationship management
-   Contribute to cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and process standardization initiatives
-   Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
-   Prepare reports and dashboards to track category performance and savings delivery.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 4-6 years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain management.
-   Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
