## Description

The Manager – IT Delivery Management is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The role manages project execution, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, governance, and delivery performance across multiple technology workstreams.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT projects and programs.
-   Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
-   Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
-   Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal IT teams, vendors, and consultants.
-   Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and delivery standards.
-   Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership.
-   Manage change requests, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities.
-   Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and organizational governance requirements.
-   Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, processes, and tools.
-   Support resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization of project portfolios.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-   5-7 years of experience in IT project delivery, program management, or technology implementation.
