## Description

As a Manager of Procurement Performance Management, you will be instrumental in driving procurement excellence by managing performance measurement frameworks, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with procurement teams and leadership to streamline operations, optimize supplier performance, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and maintain procurement performance metrics (KPIs and SLAs) to monitor efficiency, compliance, and value delivery across procurement activities.
-   Analyze procurement data and produce insightful reports and dashboards to track category and supplier performance against targets.
-   Identify operational inefficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
-   Support Business Unit procurement teams in performance tracking and improvement plans.
-   Lead supplier performance management initiatives by monitoring contract adherence and facilitating corrective actions.
-   Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence within the procurement function.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
-   8+ years of experience in procurement performance management, data analytics, or operational excellence roles, preferably within large-scale projects or complex organizations.
-   Strong knowledge of procurement processes, performance measurement methodologies, and supplier management.
-   Proficient in data visualization and procurement software tools such as SAP, Ariba, or Prism.
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
-   Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
-   Experience working within the Saudi Arabian market or similar regional context is beneficial.
