## Description

The Golf Operations Attendant at Qiddiya Investment Company plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience to golf members and guests. ### Responsibilities

-   Coordinate tee times and manage daily golf operations to optimize flow and reduce wait times.
-   Welcome and assist golfers, providing information on course rules, etiquette, and services.
-   Prepare and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
-   Assist with scorekeeping, registration, and event coordination as needed.
-   Monitor the golf course for any safety concerns or rule violations and address issues promptly.
-   Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
-   Support merchandising efforts including restocking of pro shop items and assisting members with purchases.

## Requirements

**Education & Experience**

-   High School Diploma or equivalent.
-   Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

**Skills & Abilities**

-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage positively with guests and team members.
-   Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
-   Basic knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and equipment preferred.
-   Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as golf operations require.
-   Proficiency with computer systems related to booking and point-of-sale is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**

-   Ability to be on feet for extended periods and perform light physical activities such as pushing/pulling golf carts.
