### **Role overview**

We are looking for experienced **Workflow Automation Developers** to join our team and work on enterprise-scale business process automation projects in the banking sector.

You will design, develop, and deliver workflow solutions using **IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)** or similar BPM platforms, collaborating closely with business analysts and integration engineers to automate mission-critical banking processes.

## Requirements

**The ideal candidate will be responsible for:**

-   Designing and implementing business processes and workflows on enterprise BPM platforms
-   Developing BPMN process models, user-facing forms, and system integrations
-   Integrating workflow applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
-   Troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining production workflow applications
-   Collaborating with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions

**To excel in this role, you'll need:**

-   **Hands-on experience** with IBM Business Automation platforms such as **IBM BAW, IBM BPM** or another business process automation / workflow platform such as WebSphere Lombardi, Camunda, Pega, Appian, Bizagi, Activiti / Flowable, or similar
-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
-   Solid knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and business process modeling principles
-   Experience with Java, JavaScript and databases
-   Experience integrating workflow applications with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs
-   Understanding of software development lifecycle, Git, and CI/CD workflows
-   Strong communication skills in English

**Nice to have:**

-   Hands-on experience specifically with **IBM BAW or IBM BPM**
-   Experience in **banking, financial services, or insurance** projects
-   Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
-   Knowledge of additional BPM/workflow tools or low-code platforms
-   Agile / Scrum experience
