**Role Overview**

As an SAP S/4HANA Consultant (MM / SD / PP), you will join our SAP Consulting team and take part in implementation, rollout and transformation projects for clients across Greece and abroad. You will translate business requirements into well-designed logistics solutions, configure and optimise your modules, and work closely with client and technical teams from design through go-live and support. Depending on your level, you will either deliver within your module under senior guidance (Mid) or lead workstreams and mentor colleagues (Senior).

## Requirements

**What you'll work on:**

-   Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout and transformation projects across the full project lifecycle, from requirements through go-live and post-implementation support
-   Analyse business requirements and design robust, scalable SAP solutions aligned with client objectives
-   Configure and optimise SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP) in accordance with business needs and best practices
-   Prepare functional specifications, coordinate testing activities and support end-user training
-   Collaborate with clients, technical teams and partners to ensure high-quality delivery
-   **Mid level:** deliver within your module under the guidance of senior colleagues
-   **Senior level:** lead workstreams, advise clients and mentor junior consultants

**What you bring:**

-   Proven experience in **SAP S/4HANA** implementations in at least one of the MM, SD or PP modules: minimum **3 years (Mid)** or **6+ years (Senior)**
-   Participation in at least one full-cycle implementation or rollout
-   Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce)
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-   Strong English communication skills
-   A collaborative approach and a firm commitment to quality and client success

**Nice to have:**

-   SAP certification
-   Knowledge of SAP Fiori and cross-module integration
-   Exposure in international projects
