**Job Title: Scrum Master – Banking (Cards/Payments)**

**Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Scrum Master** with a strong background in the **Banking domain**, specifically **Cards and Payments**, to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires hands-on Agile expertise, strong stakeholder management, and experience working on enterprise banking initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
-   Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
-   Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
-   Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
-   Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
-   Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and leadership.
-   Support release planning and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
-   Drive Agile maturity and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
-   Work closely with banking business teams to deliver Cards and Payments initiatives.
-   Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and regulatory standards where applicable.

**Required Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
-   7+ years of overall IT experience with **4+ years as a Scrum Master**.
-   Hands-on experience in the **Banking domain**.
-   Strong experience supporting **Cards, Payments, Merchant Services, Debit/Credit Card, or Payment Processing** projects.
-   Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks.
-   Experience using Agile tools such as **Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally**.
-   Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
-   Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist certification.
-   Experience working in large enterprise banking environments.
-   Knowledge of payment networks, card lifecycle management, transaction processing, or digital payments.
-   Familiarity with Agile metrics, reporting, and release management.
