**Overview**

_We are looking for an experienced Angular Lead to design, develop and lead the implementation of modern web applications. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Angular, leadership skills, and the ability to guide front-end teams in building scalable and high-performance user interfaces._

**Key Responsibilities**

-   _• Lead the design and development of complex Angular-based web applications._
-   _• Define front-end architecture, coding standards and best practices._
-   _• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers and product teams._
-   _• Break down requirements into technical tasks and guide the team through implementation._
-   _• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance and security standards._
-   _• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility._
-   _• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers._
-   _• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and technical design discussions._
-   _• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI and integration issues._

**Required Skills & Experience**

-   _• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (versions 8+ / Angular 12+ preferred)._
-   _• Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3._
-   _• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services._
-   _• Strong understanding of state management libraries (NgRx, RxJS)._
-   _• Experience with responsive design and modern UI frameworks (Bootstrap, Material UI, etc.)._
-   _• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, npm and CI/CD pipelines._
-   _• Strong leadership and communication skills._

**Nice to Have**

-   _• Experience with micro-frontend architecture._
-   _• Knowledge of backend technologies like Java, .NET or Node.js._
-   _• Experience working in cloud environments like AWS or Azure._

  

**Education**

-   _• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field._
