A leading lifestyle hospitality group is looking for an experienced **Executive Pastry Chef** to lead pastry and bakery innovation across a portfolio of premium dining concepts.

**What you'll do:**

-   Lead pastry & bakery strategy across multiple brands
-   Drive new product and menu innovation
-   Ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence
-   Mentor and develop pastry teams

**We're looking for:**

✔ Executive/Corporate/Head Pastry Chef experience

✔ Strong pastry & bakery expertise with product development experience

✔ Experience managing multi-outlet operations is a plus

✔ International pastry education/training is preferred
