**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader to join a growing IT company specializing in enterprise system development and modernization solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to lead technical teams in designing and implementing complex system architectures for international clients.

  

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead the design and implementation of architecture modules and system functions
-   Drive system architecture design, optimization, and technical decision-making
-   Solve complex technical challenges and provide technical guidance to development teams
-   Mentor and support team members in technical growth
-   Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure technical excellence and project delivery
-   Work with modern technologies and databases in an agile environment

**Requirements**

-   Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related major.
-   5+ years of software development experience.
-   Strong expertise in Java and system design.
-   Experience with DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.
-   Experience in database performance tuning.
-   1+ years of technical management experience.
-   Fluent English/ Japanese is preferred.
