Dẫn dắt việc nâng cấp và hiện đại hóa hệ thống LOS (Loan Origination System), giúp quy trình phê duyệt tín dụng nhanh hơn, an toàn hơn và dễ theo dõi. Hệ thống cần được thiết kế theo hướng modular (chia nhỏ linh hoạt), phù hợp với từng phân khúc khách hàng (Retail, SME, MMLC), và hỗ trợ tự động hóa quyết định tín dụng.

_Lead the modernization of the Loan Origination System (LOS) to improve credit approval efficiency—from application to decision—making it faster, safer, and traceable. The system should be modular and flexible across customer segments (Retail, SME, MMLC), enabling automated and assisted credit decisions._

  

**Nhiệm vụ chính | Key Responsibilities:**

**1 - Thiết kế LOS theo phân khúc tín dụng / Design segment-based LOS workflows**

Thiết kế luồng LOS riêng cho Retail, SME, MMLC theo đặc thù từng phân khúc

_Design LOS workflows tailored for Retail, SME, and MMLC segments_

Xây dựng dashboard theo dõi TAT, tỷ lệ approved/declined theo SLA

_Build dashboards to monitor TAT and approval/decline rates based on SLA_

Đơn giản hóa quy trình thẩm định và ma trận phê duyệt dựa trên mức độ rủi ro

_Simplify credit assessment and approval matrix aligned with risk levels_

2 - **Modular hóa quy trình tín dụng: Modularize credit processes**

Xây dựng các module LOS theo từng hành trình tín dụng (journey-based)

_Develop LOS modules based on customer journey and product lines_

Chuẩn hóa quy trình cho từng ngành dọc để dễ tái sử dụng và mở rộng

_Standardize workflows for each segment to enable scalability and reuse_

**3 - Tích hợp hệ thống & tự động hóa/ System integration & automation**

Tích hợp LOS với các hệ thống: CRM, Credit Scoring, KYC, Legal, App banking

_Integrate LOS with CRM, Credit Scoring, KYC, Legal, and digital banking systems_

Triển khai các luồng auto decision và assisted decision

_Enable auto-decision and assisted decision workflows_

Đảm bảo dữ liệu luân chuyển xuyên suốt và chính xác

_Ensure seamless and reliable data flow across systems_

**4 - Quản lý dự án & phối hợp/ Project management & cross-functional collaboration**

Lập kế hoạch và quản lý tiến độ các hạng mục LOS

_Plan and manage LOS project roadmap and delivery_

Làm việc chặt chẽ với CNTT, Risk, Data, Product

_Collaborate closely with IT, Risk, Data, and Product teams_

Báo cáo tiến độ, rủi ro và đề xuất giải pháp cho lãnh đạo

_Report progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership_

  

**Yêu cầu | Requirements/ Experience & expertise**

-   10+ năm kinh nghiệm trong LOS, quản lý rủi ro hoặc phê duyệt tín dụng
-   _10+ years in LOS, credit risk, or underwriting_
-   Hiểu sâu về hành trình tín dụng: scoring, underwriting, TA
-   _Strong understanding of credit journey: scoring, approval, TAT_
-   Đã triển khai LOS như Finastra, Newgen, Appway hoặc hệ thống nội bộ
-   _Experience implementing platforms such as Finastra, Newgen, Appway, or in-house LOS_
