**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our client Human Resources operations for a rapidly growing company based in Bekasi. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to HR, responsible for aligning local HR initiatives with global corporate standards, managing end-to-end HR operations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing our talent pool, ensuring compliance, and driving employee engagement, particularly within our creative and operational teams. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the HR landscape of a fast-paced startup environment within the burgeoning live streaming industry.

  

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and HQ HR direction.
-   Serve as the primary HR point of contact between the Bekasi studio and the global headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and reporting.
-   Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.
-   Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that are compliant with Indonesian labor laws and suitable for the unique demands of a live streaming operation.
-   Lead high-volume recruitment efforts for live streamers, content creators, studio operational staff, and support roles, focusing on building efficient hiring funnels.
-   Design and implement effective retention strategies, particularly for high-turnover positions, and enhance onboarding processes to improve early-stage retention.
-   Monitor key HR metrics, including workforce productivity, employee engagement, and retention rates, and provide regular reports to HQ.
-   Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
-   Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to a diverse, Gen-Z-dominated workforce, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
-   Partner with studio leadership to ensure HR practices effectively support business growth and operational targets.
-   Ensure compliance with all relevant Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
-   Oversee manpower planning, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling to optimize studio operations.

  

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

-   Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a startup, multinational corporation, or MCN (Multi-Channel Network) environment.
-   Proven experience in end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
-   Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth.
-   Experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for creative or operational roles in a fast-paced setting.
-   Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence (EQ) and people leadership capabilities.
-   Experience managing diverse teams, especially those dominated by Gen-Z employees.
-   Proficiency in Mandarin (minimum HSK 4) is essential for effective communication with HQ.
-   Must be below 33 years of age.
-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
