**Customer Acquisition & Sales Excellence (Banking)**

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner** with 10–12 years of experience to lead requirements, product ownership, and client engagement for strategic **Customer Acquisition and Sales Excellence solutions** in the banking domain. The role requires strong business analysis skills, ownership of product delivery, and the ability to build trusted relationships with client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering activities.
-   Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
-   Manage and prioritize product backlog, roadmap, and sprint planning activities.
-   Partner with business, technology, UX, and QA teams to drive successful delivery.
-   Serve as the primary client-facing representative for the program, ensuring stakeholder alignment and delivery quality.
-   Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, banker productivity, and sales effectiveness.
-   Define business KPIs, track outcomes, and support UAT and release activities.
-   Collaborate with Data & AI teams to enable analytics, automation, and AI-driven capabilities where applicable.

**Required Qualifications**

-   10–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or related role.
-   Strong expertise in requirements management, process analysis, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
-   Proven experience managing client relationships and leading business discussions independently.
-   Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

**Domain Experience**

**Required**

-   Banking and Financial Services experience, preferably in:
-   Consumer Banking
-   Business Banking
-   Customer Acquisition
-   Sales Productivity / Sales Excellence

**Preferred**

-   Credit Card products
-   Merchant Payment Solutions
-   CRM and Sales Enablement platforms

**Nice to Have**

-   Experience working on Data, Analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
-   Knowledge of personalization, customer engagement, and recommendation platforms.
-   Agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM, CBAP) are a plus.
