You will be trained to conduct in-depth market research, master recruitment marketing strategies, and utilize the STAR method to ensure perfect candidate-client matches. From initial contact through to probation completion, you will maintain full accountability, guaranteeing a seamless hiring process and successful placements. **Key Responsibilities**

-   Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and strategic referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.
-   Lead a Recruitment Consultant team.
-   Bring new clients to the company
-   Effectively manage client feedback and facilitate clear, consistent communication between candidates and clients throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
-   Play a key role in offer negotiation, mediating between candidates and clients to achieve mutually agreeable terms regarding salary and benefits.
-   Oversee and ensure a smooth transition for selected candidates from offer acceptance through to successful onboarding, fostering a positive candidate experience.
-   Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business needs and talent acquisition strategies.
-   Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and methodologies within the firm.

  

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

-   Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in sales-related roles or recruitment, demonstrating a strong understanding of target-driven environments.
-   In-depth familiarity with the sales ecosystem, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue target achievement.
-   Possess exceptional curiosity, highly developed active communication skills, and a consistently proactive and results-oriented attitude.
-   Demonstrate strong research capabilities and analytical thinking to accurately assess client and market needs, translating them into effective recruitment strategies.
-   Proven ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, demanding, and target-driven work environment.
-   Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a genuine passion for continuous learning, professional development, and personal growth.
-   Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders.
