## Description

**Senior IAM Consultant – ForgeRock / Ping Identity**

**Role Overview**

The Senior IAM Consultant will be responsible for driving customer engagements, solution implementation, technical consulting, and project delivery activities across multiple IAM initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
-   Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions.
-   Design IAM and CIAM solutions based on customer requirements.
-   Configure and implement ForgeRock/Ping Identity products.
-   Develop integration strategies for enterprise applications.
-   Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
-   Perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
-   Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.
-   Support testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
-   Provide technical mentoring to engineers and junior consultants.

**Required Skills**

-   Hands-on experience with:
-   ForgeRock AM / PingAM
-   ForgeRock IDM / PingIDM
-   ForgeRock DS / PingDirectory
-   ForgeRock IG / PingGateway
-   Strong expertise in:
-   SSO
-   Federation
-   MFA
-   Identity Lifecycle Management
-   CIAM
-   Experience integrating IAM platforms with:
-   Web Applications
-   APIs
-   Cloud Applications
-   Enterprise Systems
-   Knowledge of:
-   OAuth2
-   OIDC
-   SAML
-   LDAP
-   SCIM
-   Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and DevOps practices.

**Experience**

-   7+ years of IAM experience.
-   3+ years of ForgeRock or Ping Identity implementation experience.
-   Strong customer-facing consulting experience.
