Đóng vai trò lãnh đạo kỹ thuật trong chương trình chuyển đổi số, chịu trách nhiệm định hình chiến lược công nghệ, kiến trúc hệ thống và nâng cao năng lực phát triển phần mềm. Đảm bảo các giải pháp công nghệ có khả năng mở rộng, linh hoạt và hỗ trợ mục tiêu kinh doanh dài hạn.

_Act as the technical leader for the bank’s digital transformation, defining technology strategy, architecture direction, and modern engineering practices. Ensure solutions are scalable, flexible, and aligned with long-term business goals._

  

_2._ **Trách nhiệm chính | Key Responsibilities:**

  

1 - **Chiến lược công nghệ/ Technology strategy**

-   Xây dựng tầm nhìn công nghệ dài hạn, phù hợp với chiến lược kinh doanh
-   _Define and drive long-term technology vision aligned with business strategy_

2 - **Kiến trúc hệ thống/ Enterprise architecture leadership**

-   Dẫn dắt thiết kế kiến trúc tổng thể (application, data, integration, cloud)
-   _Lead enterprise architecture across applications, data, integration, and cloud_

3 - **Thực hành phát triển hiện đại/ Modern engineering practices**

-   Thúc đẩy Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, microservices, cloud-native
-   _Promote Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, microservices, and cloud-native development_

4 - **Lãnh đạo đội ngũ kỹ thuật/ Engineering leadership**

-   Xây dựng và phát triển đội ngũ (engineering, architect, DevOps)
-   _Build and develop high-performing engineering and architecture teams_

5. **Phối hợp liên phòng ban/ Cross-functional collaboration**

-   Làm việc với Business, Risk, Data, Security để triển khai giải pháp
-   _Partner with business, risk, data, and security teams to deliver solutions_

6. **Quản trị & đánh giá hiệu quả/ Governance & performance tracking**

-   Theo dõi tiến độ, chất lượng, hiệu quả triển khai; đề xuất cải tiến
-   _Monitor delivery performance and continuously optimize execution_

  

**3.Yêu cầu | Requirements:**

  

**Kinh nghiệm & chuyên môn | Experience**

-   15+ năm trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật phần mềm / công nghệ
-   5+ năm ở vai trò quản lý / leadership
-   Kinh nghiệm Solution Architect / Engineering Lead
-   _15+ years in software engineering / technology_
-   _5+ years in leadership roles_
-   _Experience as Solution Architect or Eng_i_neering Lead_

💻 **Kỹ năng kỹ thuật | Technical Skills**

-   Thành thạo: Java / Kotlin / Swift / cloud (AWS, Azure…)
-   Kiến thức sâu về: architecture, microservices, APIs
-   Hiểu biết frontend + backend + cloud ecosystem
-   _Strong in Java / Kotlin / Swift / cloud platforms_
-   _Deep understanding of architecture, APIs, microservices_
-   _Broad knowledge across frontend, backend, and cloud_
