**CHANGE MANAGEMENT MANAGER**

  

**Location:** Ho Chi Minh City

**Department:** Transformation Management Office (TMO)

  

**🎯 1. Role Purpose**

Lead and drive enterprise-wide Change Management for large-scale transformation programs under TMO, ensuring:

-   Strong **adoption across senior leadership and middle management**
-   Consistent **behavioral change across hundreds of branches**
-   Minimized resistance and maximized transformation impact

  

🧩 2. Key Responsibilities

**A. Change Management Strategy**

-   Design and implement end-to-end Change Management strategies for transformation initiatives
-   Apply the **ADKAR framework (Awareness – Desire – Knowledge – Ability – Reinforcement)** across all programs
-   Conduct stakeholder analysis (executives, middle managers, frontline) and tailor engagement approaches

**B. Internal Communication Leadership**

-   Develop and execute **multi-channel internal communication plans**:
-   Emails, townhalls, videos, intranet, internal social platforms
-   Craft compelling messaging:
-   “Why change?”, “What’s in it for me?”
-   Partner with leadership to ensure **consistent and aligned narratives**
-   Ensure effective **message cascade across all branches (nationwide)**

**C. Adoption & Behavioral Change**

-   Design and deploy initiatives such as:
-   Training & enablement programs
-   Change champion networks
-   Regional/cluster roadshows
-   Define and track **adoption and behavior metrics**:
-   Usage rate, behavioral KPIs, change readiness
-   Proactively manage resistance across different organizational levels

**D. Governance & Measurement**

-   Establish frameworks to measure change effectiveness:
-   ADKAR scoring
-   Engagement and adoption metrics
-   Provide regular reporting to TMO leadership
-   Recommend adjustments based on data insights

**E. Stakeholder Management**

-   Engage and influence:
-   Senior leadership (ExCo / BOD)
-   Regional and Branch Managers
-   Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and leadership briefings
-   Act as a **bridge between TMO and business units**

**✅ 3. Qualifications**

**🎓 Experience**

-   5–10 years of experience in:
-   Change Management / Transformation / Internal Communication
-   Proven experience in **large-scale, multi-site program rollouts**
-   **Banking experience is NOT required**

**🧠 Core Competencies (Must-have)**

-   Strong expertise in **ADKAR methodology**
-   Solid experience in **internal communication strategy and execution**
-   Experience driving adoption in **large, distributed organizations**
