We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Pilots to join our dynamic aviation team. **Key Responsibilities**

-   Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure all aircraft systems are functioning correctly.
-   Plan flight routes, considering weather conditions, air traffic, and fuel requirements.
-   Operate aircraft controls and navigate safely and efficiently during all phases of flight.
-   Communicate effectively with air traffic control, crew members, and ground personnel.
-   Respond to and manage emergency situations with calm and decisive action.
-   Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
-   Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation.
-   Participate in recurrent training and simulator sessions to maintain proficiency.
-   Contribute to a positive and safety-conscious team culture.
-   Ensure passenger comfort and safety throughout the flight.

  

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

-   Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with relevant type ratings.
-   Minimum of 3,000 flight hours, with a significant portion in multi-engine jet aircraft.
-   Excellent knowledge of aviation regulations, aerodynamics, meteorology, and navigation.
-   Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
-   Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure.
-   Exceptional situational awareness and crew resource management (CRM) abilities.
-   Ability to pass a comprehensive medical examination.
-   Proven track record of safe and professional flight operations.
-   Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
-   A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in aviation.
