**Senior Sales Manager**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager** to drive revenue growth and develop strategic business opportunities for our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating room, meeting, and event business while building long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and manage corporate, MICE, leisure, and travel trade accounts to achieve revenue targets.
-   Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales activities.
-   Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and maximize repeat business.
-   Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, networking events, and property site inspections.
-   Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities.
-   Work closely with the Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize hotel performance.
-   Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
-   Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.
-   Maintain accurate sales activity reports, account plans, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems.
-   Achieve individual sales KPIs and contribute to the overall commercial strategy of the hotel.

**Qualifications**

-   Minimum **3 years' experience** as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager within the hospitality industry.
-   Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
-   Strong knowledge of the corporate, MICE, leisure, and travel trade markets.
-   Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
-   Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
-   Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM or sales management systems.
-   Experience working with international hotel brands is an advantage.

**Preferred Experience**

-   Existing network of corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and DMCs.
-   Experience in the Thailand hospitality market is highly desirable.
-   Understanding of hotel revenue management and commercial strategy.
