## Description

BI Analytics Developer:

  

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like **Power BI** or **Tableau**
-   Translate business requirements into scalable data models and reporting solutions
-   Implement and validate complex business logic within reporting layers
-   Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
-   Work with **Snowflake** (or similar cloud data warehouses) for data sourcing
-   Support **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**, including defect resolution and enhancements
-   Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and QA teams
-   Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions for performance and usability

### **Required Skills & Experience**

-   Strong experience with **Power BI** and/or **Tableau**
-   Advanced proficiency in **SQL** (query writing, optimization, performance tuning)
-   Hands-on experience with **Snowflake** or similar data platforms
-   Solid understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices
-   Experience with **Excel** (advanced functions) and **VBA**
-   Ability to implement complex business logic in reporting tools
-   Experience working in **Asset Management / Financial Services** domain

### **Nice to Have**

-   Basic familiarity with **dbt (data build tool)**

### **Soft Skills**

-   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-   Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction
-   Ability to work in Agile / fast-paced environments
