## Description

**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Scrum Master** to lead Agile delivery for data-driven projects. This role requires a servant leader who can guide cross-functional teams, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure successful execution of analytics programs that support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, stakeholder collaboration, and experience working alongside data analysts, engineers, and business teams in delivering scalable analytics solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
-   Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
-   Work closely with Product Owners, Data Analysts, and Engineering teams to align delivery with business priorities.
-   Remove blockers and resolve dependencies to ensure smooth sprint execution.
-   Track sprint progress, team velocity, and key performance indicators.
-   Support the delivery of **data analytics initiatives**, including dashboards, reporting frameworks, and business intelligence solutions.
-   Ensure effective collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
-   Drive transparency in project status, risks, and delivery timelines.
-   Foster a high-performing and accountable Agile team culture.

**Required Skills & Qualifications: -**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
-   Candidate should have the Wealth Management experience.
-   8+ years of experience as a **Scrum Master / Agile Coach**.
-   Strong knowledge of **Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies**.
-   Experience working on **Data Analytics / Business Intelligence projects**.
-   Familiarity with tools such as **JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps**.
-   Understanding of data workflows, reporting processes, and analytics delivery lifecycle.
-   Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications: -**

-   Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications.
-   Exposure to **SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or analytics platforms**.
-   Experience in financial services, healthcare, or enterprise data environments.
