**About the role**

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Presales professional to own the technical side of our sales process. You'll be the person who understands what a client actually needs, shapes a solution that holds up technically and commercially, and builds the trust that moves an engagement forward. This role covers all project types, not just cloud or infrastructure.

  

**What will you do**

-   Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business problems, current systems, constraints, and priorities, then translate them into a clear solution direction.
-   Develop the technical content for proposals, solution architecture diagrams, estimates, and presentation materials.
-   Present and defend solution options to client stakeholders, including C-level executives and senior IT audiences.
-   Serve as the senior technical point of contact throughout the presales cycle, from initial discovery through proposal sign-off and handover to the delivery team.
-   Take ownership of solution architecture for assigned engagements, ensuring technical soundness, delivery feasibility, and consistency from scoping through handover.
-   Provide technical guidance to the Solution Architecture team on complex or high-impact decisions.

  

**What you need to have**

-   8+ YOE across software development, solution architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise technology delivery, including a hands-on software development background.
-   2+ YOE designing or delivering AWS-based solutions for digital transformation, modernization, or enterprise system implementation within a vendor, consultancy, or systems integrator.
-   Experience working directly with clients to understand business needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into practical technical solutions.
-   Ability to evaluate solution options and clearly explain technical, commercial, cost, and delivery trade-offs.
-   Experience developing technical proposals, solution documents, architecture diagrams, and estimates for presales engagements.
-   Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead discussions and handle questions from both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

**Nice to have**

-   Relevant AWS certification.
-   Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
-   Background in data platforms, data engineering, or analytics solutions.
-   Experience supporting RFP responses or formal proposal processes for enterprise clients.
-   Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work to improve output quality or speed.
