# Executive Assistant & Social Media Coordinator

> QQR Freight · Cincinnati, United States · Full-time · Posted 2026-10-19

**Salary:** USD 58,000–72,000

**Workplace:** on_site

**Department:** QQR Enterprise Resources

## Description

**ABOUT QQR**

QQR is a growing family of freight transportation companies. QQR Transport, Inc. is an asset-based full truckload motor carrier, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a decade of operating history. QQR Logistics Solutions, Inc. (“QQR Logistics”) is a non-asset 3PL freight brokerage, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, serving shippers since 2018. The companies are sister companies supported by a shared services organization. We are in active growth mode, which means real responsibility, real variety, and real room to advance.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role is anchored in executive support. Roughly half of your week belongs to the CEO and executive team: calendars, travel, meetings, and the confidential matters that come with the seat. What will set the winning candidate apart is the other half. We need genuine social media talent, someone who can own QQR's social presence end to end (content calendar, creation, posting, engagement, reporting) at a professional standard, not as a side duty. The balance of the role covers event planning, office administration, HR support, and various duties at the executive team's direction.

How your time breaks down (flexes week to week, especially around events and travel):

- Executive support: ~50%
- Social media and marketing: ~25%
- Events, office administration, HR support, and various duties at the executive team's direction: ~25%

Few seats offer this kind of reach. You will work directly with the leadership of a carrier, a brokerage, and a shared services organization, touch nearly every part of the business, and see the direct results of your effort: in the executive office, at our events, and across our social channels. Plenty of people can do one of these things well. We are hiring the person who can do both the executive seat and the content, and do them at a high level. This role is also expected to specialize over time: the opportunity to advance into one of these functions full time, including a dedicated Social Media Manager seat, is real and planned for. Your performance will shape which one.
