Serving clients in over 30 countries, we leverage advanced technologies, such as AI and analytics, to develop proprietary software and platforms that accelerate digital transformation and generate lasting value for businesses, society, and the broader economy. ![](https://workablehr.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/photos/5614/bf6572ebfcf1a559d037c2c666fc0178.png) As a **Finance Business Partner**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s financial and business performance by providing high level financial reporting and insights, tracking actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts and helping business units make more informed decisions towards the attainment of financial and business objectives. **What success looks like in this role:** - **Focus:** Future-oriented, strategic planning, analysis, and decision support; - **Role:** Acts as a consultant to business leaders, providing insights, modeling scenarios, and influencing strategic direction; - **Key Activities:** Budgeting, forecasting, business case analysis, performance management, and stakeholder communication; - **Mindset:** Commercial, outward-looking, collaborative, and focused on adding value. **Responsibilities**: - Work closely with business unit managers to drive the budget, forecast, and long-term business planning cycles by providing valuable input on the underlying assumptions; - Prepare monthly performance reports, including key financial and business metrics, for presentation to business units’ executive committees; - Monitoring actual performance against budgets and forecasts, and supporting informed decision-making to achieve financial and business objectives; - Ensure that reliable, timely, and high-quality financial information is provided to business unit heads to support informed decision-making; - Participate in cross-functional projects, providing financial expertise and supporting business units in the evaluation of new products, initiatives, investments, and strategic projects; - Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial planning, analysis, and reporting by maximizing the use of available ERP and business intelligence systems; - Support Qualco Group’s continued and controlled growth by taking an active role in establishing, monitoring and enforcing financial reporting and controlling processes; - Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and support the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. ## Requirements - 8+ years of experience working as a Finance Business Partner, Controller, or in a similar role with managerial responsibilities, preferably in a professional services or IT company; - University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent; - Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent field and/or financial analysis certifications (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA), CFA, ACCA, etc.) will be considered an asset; - Solid knowledge of financial reporting, including IFRS reporting standards, and strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and accurately; - Strong financial modeling skills, including the ability to prepare cash flow statements from the P&L and balance sheet, and to project the balance sheet and cash flow based on forecast P&L assumptions; - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, AI tools; - Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking and shifting priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines; - Experience with complex ERP, BI, MIS, data analysis, and reporting tools; specific experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and/or SAP BPC reporting software will be considered an asset; - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across different levels of the organization. ## Benefits **Your Life @ Qualco Group** As a #Qmember, you will live out every day in a truly human-centred culture, based on mutual respect, trust, and cooperation.
