Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced **Senior DevOps Engineer** toown, operate, and continuously improve our cloud infrastructure on GCP. You will be responsible for daily operations, deployments, monitoring and security across our Linux-based platform, enabling reliable and scalable application delivery. Your responsibilities will entail: - Administer and troubleshoot **Ubuntu Linux servers**, including user management and system hardening across production, staging, and UAT environments; - Manage and deploy **Docker-based applications** on GCP VMs, including container networking and lifecycle management; - Design, build, and maintain **GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines** supporting rolling and blue/green deployment strategies across all environments; - Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using **Terraform** and automate configuration management with **Ansible;** - Set up, configure and operate **OpenVPN** for secure network access and user management; - Monitor systems, set up alerting, and build dashboards using **New Relic** and **GCP Monitoring;** - Own incident response end-to-end: detection, containment, resolution and post-mortem; - Manage **Managed MySQL,** undertake monitoring duties, backups, access control and basic troubleshooting; - Enforce security best practices with IAM roles, access policies, secrets management and **SSL/TLS certificate** lifecycle; - Write and maintain **Bash scripts** for automated tasks, cron jobs and deployment workflows; - Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. ## Requirements - University degree in IT or related field; - **4-5 years** of professional DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience - Hands-on experience with **Linux server administration** on Ubuntu in production environments - Proven experience running **Docker-based deployments** on Linux VMs - Solid experience with **GCP -** compute, networking, storage, and IAM - Demonstrated experience designing and operating **GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines**, including build, test, deploy workflows - Practical knowledge of **Terraform** for infrastructure-as-code provisioning - Experience with **Ansible** for configuration management and automation - Strong **Bash scripting** skills for automation, cron jobs and deployment tasks - Experience with **New Relic:** installation, alerting, and dashboard configuration - Sound knowledge of **IAM roles, credentials management** and **SSL/TLS certificate issuing, renewal and management** - **Experience working in an Agile environment**, including sprint-based delivery, standups and close collaboration with development teams - Knowledge and experience on the following would be considered as asset: Kubernetes, AWS or Azure in addition to GCP, Python scripting skills, MySQL performance tuning. - Interest in GCP cost optimization and cloud resource efficiency is desirable. - Comfortable working autonomously and owning infrastructure independently from day one ## Benefits **Your Life @ Qualco Group** On top of challenging work environment, we are offering: 💸 Competitive compensation, ticket restaurant card, and annual bonus programs 💻 Cutting-edge IT equipment, mobile and data plan 🏢 Modern facilities, free coffee and beverages, indoor parking, and company bus 👨‍⚕ Private health insurance, onsite occupational doctor, and workplace counselor 🏝️ Flexible working model, hybrid benefits & home equipment benefits 🤸‍♂️ Onsite gym, wellness facilities, and ping pong room 💡 Career and talent development tools 🎓 Mentoring, coaching, personalized annual learning and development plan 🌱 Employee referral bonus, regular wellbeing, ESG and volunteering activities Your race, gender identity and expression, age ethnicity or disability make no difference in Quento Technologies S.A.
