**Responsibilities:**

-   Support the Data Centre Team Lead in coordinating and managing the ICT Disaster Recovery (DR) workstream across the Data Centre environment.
-   Contribute to the definition, maintenance, review, and continuous improvement of ICT Disaster Recovery plans for in-scope services.
-   Coordinate Disaster Recovery planning activities, testing exercises, reporting processes, and remediation follow-up actions.
-   Monitor and maintain DR readiness through dashboards, evidence collection, status reporting, and action tracking mechanisms.
-   Serve as the primary point of contact within the Data Centre Team for ICT DR-related coordination with Business Continuity Management (BCM) teams and internal stakeholders.
-   Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
-   Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-   Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure coordination, IT resilience, business continuity support, service governance, or Data Centre environments.
-   At least 3 years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity support, resilience coordination, service recovery governance, or operational readiness activities.
-   Strong understanding of ICT Disaster Recovery governance, operational readiness, service resilience, and recovery management within complex IT and Data Centre environments.
-   Proven ability to translate Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) outputs into structured ICT Disaster Recovery plans, recovery strategies, testing activities, and operational deliverables.
-   Proven experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, including infrastructure, operations, applications, cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), vendors, and business continuity functions.
-   Hands-on experience in Disaster Recovery planning, testing, readiness assessments, governance reporting, remediation tracking, and maintenance of recovery plans, action trackers, test calendars, and related governance artefacts.
-   Working knowledge of backup and restore procedures, data replication, failover/failback processes, service recovery mechanisms, and IT resilience technologies.
-   Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Major Incident, Change Management, and Problem Management.
-   Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, escalation, reporting, and documentation skills, with experience in regulated, critical, or audit-sensitive environments
-   Eligibility to obtain an EU Personal Security Clearance, at a later stage is required.
-   Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
