Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced **Senior COTS Solutions Consultant**

**Responsibilities:**

-   Evaluate Solutions and Vendors: Conduct market assessments, software evaluations, and vendor comparisons to identify solutions that best meet organizational needs and objectives.
-   Lead Proofs of Concept and Feasibility Assessments: Plan and coordinate PoCs, pilots, prototypes, and feasibility studies to validate solution capabilities and support informed decision-making.
-   Provide Architectural Oversight: Assess solution fit, integration requirements, scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise technology standards, working closely with architects and technical teams.
-   Proven experience in conducting feasibility studies and assessing technical risks associated with COTS solutions, including data migration and system compatibility.
-   Manage Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with software vendors throughout the evaluation and acquisition process, including product assessments, commercial discussions, and procurement support activities.
-   Coordinate Cross-Functional Stakeholders: Work closely with business teams, procurement, legal, security, enterprise architecture, testing, and operational stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
-   Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation, evaluation reports, business cases, presentations, and decision-support materials.
-   Support Solution Adoption and Delivery Planning: Contribute to implementation planning, risk assessment, transition activities, and solution readiness evaluations.
-   Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

## Requirements

-   Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
-   At least 8 years of experience in software selection, business analysis, IT consulting, procurement support, vendor management, or related fields.
-   Proven experience evaluating enterprise software solutions and vendors.
-   Experience conducting market analysis, feasibility studies, and comparative assessments.
-   Experience leading workshops and engaging with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
-   Experience coordinating software demonstrations, PoCs, pilots, or evaluation exercises.
-   Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and the COTS software market.
-   Excellent requirements gathering and analysis skills.
-   Ability to assess software solutions against business and technical needs.
-   Understanding of software implementation, integration, and operational considerations.
-   Excellent English communication skills (C1 level minimum).
-   Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
