We are seeking a **Real Estate Viewing Specialist** to join our Sales Team and help expand our operations in Athens/Attica. The role relates to the 'Property Viewings and Inspections' service, showcasing properties through in-person tours, gaining exposure to clients in the real estate sector.

**Responsibilities**:

-   Conduct scheduled property viewings for prospective buyers, ensuring a professional and informative experience;
-   Offer professional guidance and highlight key features of each property based on provided scripts;
-   Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner ensuring compliance with company policies;
-   Provide detailed feedback to Uniko RMs on the potential interest generated by each viewing;
-   Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all activities within their area of responsibility;
-   Ability to prepare a broker’s opinion of value upon request;
-   Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

## Requirements

-   Valid driving license (Category B);
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
-   A proactive and customer-focused mindset;
-   Strong time management and ability to follow tight time schedule;
-   A bachelor's degree or equivalent certification is appreciated but not mandatory;
-   Familiarity with real estate processes is required.
