Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced **Manual QA Engineer** to join a project’s core Testing team. The role centers on manual testing of the project’s applications, with a certain degree of contribution to the Business Analysis team.

Your responsibilities will entail:

-   Design and execute test cases and test scenarios through manual testing, covering functional/regression/integration testing at all levels;
-   Design test strategies and plans for new features/changes, plan testing cycles;
-   Log, track and help resolve defects in collaboration with the development team;
-   Contribute to improve the team’s QA processes and best practices;
-   Design test strategies and plans for new features/changes, plan testing cycles;
-   Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

## Requirements

-   University degree in Computer Science or any related field;
-   3+ years of professional experience in testing web applications;
-   Ability to design test plans and test cases based on functional requirements;
-   Knowledge of business analysis and ability to read and understand functional specifications with complex requirements;
-   Methodical approach and attention to detail. Ability to document all findings clearly;
-   Good communication skills with both technical and business teams;
-   Experience tracking defects through collaboration tools like Jira, Azure DevOps etc.

**Nice to Have**

-   Prior experience in a banking or fintech environment. Familiarity with the industry’s regulatory/auditing requirements is a plus;
-   Knowledge of/experience with automation testing tools.
