Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced **Business Analyst.**

**Responsibilities:**

-   Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand organizational needs, objectives, and challenges, particularly in relation to the selection and implementation of COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) solutions.
-   Analyse business processes, workflows, and requirements to ensure alignment between business needs and available COTS solutions.
-   Facilitate workshops, and stakeholder discussions to elicit, validate, prioritize, and document business and functional requirements.
-   Research, evaluate, and compare COTS products available in the market, assessing their functionality, suitability, costs, benefits, and compliance with business requirements.
-   Analyse vendor proposals, perform comparative assessments, and support the evaluation and selection of software vendors and solutions.
-   Assist in the preparation of Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Offers (RFOs), and related procurement documentation.
-   Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support investment decisions and justify the adoption of COTS solutions.
-   Work closely with solution architects, technical teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
-   Support implementation, deployment, migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), validation activities, and the adoption of selected COTS solutions.
-   Document and communicate findings, recommendations, decisions, and project outcomes, while monitoring solution performance and identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
-   Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in software analysis, evaluation, selection, acquisition, implementation, or integration.
-   Proven experience in evaluating and selecting Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions, including business needs assessment, market research, requirements gathering, and vendor evaluation.
-   Strong knowledge of the COTS software market, including leading vendors, products, industry trends, and software evaluation methodologies (feature analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessment).
-   Solid understanding of software architecture principles, with the ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
-   Proven experience in assessing integration requirements, technical feasibility, system compatibility, and the impact of solutions on complex IT environments.
-   Hands-on experience with software implementation methodologies and best practices, supporting the deployment and integration of COTS solutions.
-   Advanced proficiency in documenting technical requirements, workflows, business processes, system architectures, implementation strategies, and project plans.
-   Demonstrated expertise in modelling techniques, including Use Case Modelling, UML, and BPM/BPMN.
-   Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, system administrators, vendors, and technical specialists.
-   English language proficiency at C1 level or higher, combined with excellent analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; French at B2 level is considered an asset.
