At Quento Technologies S.A. we empower our people to innovate and lead in delivering transformative ICT solutions to our clients worldwide. Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced **Senior Test Automation Specialist** to join our team.

The role will bear the following responsibilities:

-   Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, and API testing tools;
-   Execute functional, regression, and performance tests (JMeter);
-   Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA;
-   Integrate and monitor automated tests within CI/CD pipelines;
-   Collaborate with developers and product teams in Agile environments;
-   Analyze test results and ensure software quality before releases;
-   Maintain QA documentation and test reports;
-   Support and improve QA processes and automation frameworks;
-   Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor Degree in IT or relate field with a minimum 5 years of experience in the field;
-   Experience in Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Newman or any other automation tool;
-   Experience in load and stress test tools (e.g. JMeter, LoadUI etc.;
-   Coding skills and experience in Javascript and Java;
-   Experience with JIRA/Bitbucket/Confluence/Bamboo and GitLab is desirable;
-   Working experience with Agile methodology is desirable;
-   Industry certifications such as (ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Test Automation Engineer, ISTQB Agile Tester, etc.) are highly desirable;
-   High level of accuracy and good attention to detail;
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with an out of the box thinking;
-   Effective organizational, prioritization and planning skills;
-   Ability to deliver results within strict timeframes;
-   Team spirit, creating value to the team and supporting in reaching objectives;
-   Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and English;
-   Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with experience working in an agile development environment;
-   Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to different stakeholders.
