Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced **Senior Business Analyst (ERP):**

**Responsibilities:**

-   Support the design and definition of a solution-agnostic Target Operating Model (TOM), including business capabilities and use cases
-   Analyse and document business processes, challenging legacy assumptions and unnecessary complexity
-   Contribute to ERP-related activities by leveraging best practices and standard system capabilities
-   Structure and document business inputs, requirements, and analysis in a clear, consistent, and traceable manner
-   Support the preparation of fit/gap assessments and related functional analysis
-   Translate approved business models and concepts into formal, procurement-ready business requirements
-   Assist in the preparation of artefacts supporting vendor selection and system integration activities
-   Provide structured documentation and analytical support to senior team members across all phases of the assignment
-   Collaborate with programme leadership and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and quality of deliverables
-   Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
-   Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in business analysis within finance transformation, ERP‑enabled programmes, or large‑scale business process transformation initiatives.
-   Experience in 1 of these 3 fields is mandatory:

1.  Deep knowledge of Procurement‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes, with expertise in Accounts Payable, payment processes, strong understanding of end‑to‑end P2P and its links to finance. Solid knowledge of ERP capabilities, business analysis practices, and structured procurement for ERP/tool selection, ensuring clear and auditable documentation.
2.  Strong expertise in accounting and financial reporting, with solid understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes, ERP capabilities, business analysis methods, and structured procurement in an auditable context
3.  Experience in ERP implementations (accounting modules such as GL, Close, Reporting), combined with deep expertise in accounting and financial reporting, solid understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes and ERP best practices, knowledge of business analysis methodologies, and familiarity with structured, auditable procurement processes in regulated environments.

-   Strong experience in defining and structuring Target Operating Models, business processes, and functional requirements in complex organisational environments
-   Proven experience in ERP implementation programmes (e.g. SAP, Oracle or equivalent), including design activities, fit/gap analysis, solution evaluation, and contribution to ERP selection or system integrator procurement processes
-   Ability to challenge legacy processes and drive simplification, standardisation and adoption of ERP best practices.
-   Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse, and translate both explicit and implicit business needs into structured, consistent, and decision‑ready deliverables
-   Strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to produce high‑quality artefacts (process maps, requirements, analyses, fit/gap assessments) and convey complex concepts clearly
-   Professional experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Azure Devops), with adaptability to new domains;
-   Certification in Agile and business analysis methodologies (e.g. PSPO II, CBAP) will considered as an asset
-   Previous Experience in financial institutions will be an asset
-   Excellent knowledge of English equal to C1 level or above
