## Description

**Our client URGENTLY requires Surveyor for 12 months + Contracts in Buderim.**

The **Surveyor** will perform engineering surveys to ensure services meet all objectives through the phases of project cycles of planning, designing, constructing and managing the road network. As a member of the survey team in the North Coast Region you will carry out a variety of responsibilities, primarily in the delivery of survey projects as per Surveying Standards.

**Skills and Experience required includes:**

-   A minimum of a 3-year degree in Surveying from a recognized tertiary institution, or a qualification that is acceptable for registration as a surveyor with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (SBQ).
-   Work within relevant standards, policies, guidelines and legislative requirements and ensure quality aspects of the projects are identified and addressed.
-   Undertake specialized survey projects and provide technical expertise and consultancy service in geospatial applications to a diverse range of customers to ensure success, value for money and best practice are adopted.
-   Plan, assign, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of team members as required.

**Government experience would be highly advantageous.**
