## Description

**Our client URGENTLY requires a Technical Analyst for a 12 months+ Contract role in Darwin.** 

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide specialist advice on application functionality and drive process improvements within a complex ICT environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, developing implementation plans for change requests, and providing high-level support to ensure system integrity and performance. You will be involve in working closely with clients and vendors to deliver effective solutions while maintaining a focus on quality and operational efficiency. 

**Skills and Experience required includes:** 

-   Experience with Linux and Windows, with broad knowledge in IT Infrastructure, Security management, Networks, and database administration. 
-   Demonstrated experience in configuring, managing, and supporting complex information systems, including drafting support documentation. 
-   High-level skills in systems analysis, including user requirements, technical specifications, implementation, and maintenance. 
-   Experience with assessing/evaluating risks and investigating, defining and resolving complex issues. 
-   Relevant Tertiary Qualification and ITIL qualification and / or competency at the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) level 5 is highly desirable. 

**Government experience would be highly advantageous.**
