# SME Grader, AI and Software Engineering (Contract Position)

## Description

Quantic School of Business and Technology is seeking a Subject Matter Expert - Grading Contractor to evaluate, grade, and support students in the completion of MS AI Engineering and MS Software Engineering programs. Candidates must have earned a PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline, and must have software development experience, as well as experience grading assignments.

This is a fully remote contractor position for up to **10 hours** per week.

**Responsibilities**

-   Grade software projects and video demo submissions from MS AI Engineering and MS Software Engineering students.
-   Provide detailed, qualitative feedback to students on academic performance.

## Requirements

-   PhD in Computer Science or closely related discipline
-   5+ years experience in software development
-   Knowledge of the latest AI software development tooling
-   Expert knowledge of software design and architecture
-   Highly proficient in written English
-   Experience in academic assessment and feedback 
-   Attention to detail and accuracy
