# Business Systems Analyst - UX & Wireframing

## Description

**Quantify Specialty Care (QSC)** is built and run by physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and counselors. Joined by former brokers and commercial-insurance specialists who left the legacy system to build a better one. Together we lead a vertically integrated specialty infusion, injection, and medication platform for self-funded employer plans. We pick up the phone. We sit with the patient. We deliver the medication. And we treat people like people.

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to help support the growth we are experiencing. This is a 100% remote position within the US. Must live and work in the US. No third party, W2 only. No sponsorship.

**Strong UX and wireframing experience is required.** Applications without it will not be considered.

Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000

**What you will do**

Business Analysis

-   Partner with SMEs, Leadership, Clinical, and Development stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements.
-   Interview SMEs

Solution Design

-   **Create mockups and/or prototypes**
-   Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, and requirements documents.

Testing & Production Support

-   Participate in systems testing.
-   Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

## Requirements

**Must Haves**

-   Live and work in the US
-   Have a stable and reliable high speed internet connection
-   **Be an expert in using one of the mockup tools – Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, Axure RP, etc**
-   Be proficient in conveying requirements through mockups and prototypes
-   Have experience working within an Agile / Scrum environment
-   Have experience working with Jira or other Scrum management tool
-   Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
-   5+ years of business systems analyst experience
-   Bachelor's degree
