**About the Role**

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to architect and own the rendering engines and builder interfaces that power our core enterprise platform. In this role, you will go beyond standard feature development to design complex, schema-driven tools—including workflow, form, and report builders—that balance deep technical flexibility with seamless usability for non-technical users. Operating at a systems-architect level, you will contribute in the strategic migration from Angular to React while building a resilient, primitives-based design system that ensures consistency across our global product suite. Your work will be foundational to the platform’s international expansion, requiring a rigorous focus on TypeScript contracts, long-term operability, and the translation of complex domain rules into high-performance, intuitive UI patterns.

### Key Responsibilities

-   **Architect Complex Builder Tools:** Design and develop sophisticated, schema-driven configuration interfaces that empower non-technical users to build workflows, forms, and reports, maintaining a strategic balance between system flexibility and intuitive usability.
-   **Extend Core Rendering Engines:** Advance and optimize the form viewer engine responsible for interpreting complex schemas and dynamically generating interactive, high-performance user interfaces.
-   **Engineering Modular UI Systems:** Develop production-ready, reusable components within a centralized design system to ensure visual consistency and architectural scalability across all web products.
-   **Implement High-Fidelity Styling & Type Safety:** Execute fluid, responsive layouts and leverage advanced TypeScript patterns to enforce strict data contracts and type safety across the entire frontend codebase.
-   **Strategic Migration & Localization:** Drive the architectural transition from legacy Angular to a modern React ecosystem while preparing the frontend infrastructure for global internationalization (i18n) and multi-market expansion.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a heavy focus on building and scaling complex applications using React and its ecosystem.
-   Deep understanding of React mental models, including reconciliation, render cycles, and derived state optimization, with the ability to discern the appropriate use of useState and useEffect.
-   Proficiency in CSS fundamentals for building fluid, responsive layouts from architectural primitives rather than relying solely on utility-class abstractions.
-   Strong command of TypeScript, treating types as architectural contracts and maintaining a clear distinction between compile-time guarantees and runtime realities.
-   Mastery of JavaScript primitives—including closures, references, mutation patterns, and asynchronous behavior—with the ability to accurately predict execution logic and performance.
-   Proven experience in design system development, building reusable and composable components with clean, intuitive APIs.
-   Advanced modular thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to decompose complex architectural challenges into simple, well-bounded, and maintainable modules.
-   Strong focus on system operability, prioritizing logging, failure-mode analysis, data correctness, and long-term maintainability as core design requirements.
