## Description

Responsibilities: 

-   Develop regular and adhoc business dashboards, reports, MIS that will help the business, operations and compliance managers monitor their key performance indicators against goals. Visualize, analyze and provide data-driven insights to enable stakeholders to make vital decisions. 

-   Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely reports to address control, compliance, or regulatory-related requirements  

-   Regularly generate the list of exceptions to the bank’s internal and external policies and regulations using digital monitoring tools 

-   During internal and external audits, deliver data and reports which are critical in the review of business processes  

-   Find opportunities to automate data and report generation, as well as rationalize existing reports to ensure there is value in all reports generated  

-   Ensure high quality of work and proactively resolve data issues if any

## Requirements

Qualifications: 

-   Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
-   **2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with NetSuite ERP.**
-   **Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, including ERP, CRM, and financials.**
-   **Experience in gathering requirements, process mapping, and documentation.**
-   Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
-   **Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and reporting tools.**
-   Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
