## Description

**Job Description:**

-   Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
-   Support the team in applying Agile principles, practices, and delivery standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
-   Monitor sprint progress, delivery commitments, risks, dependencies, and impediments, and drive timely resolution.
-   Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders to maintain delivery alignment.
-   Promote continuous improvement through team retrospectives, process optimization, and effective collaboration.
-   Prepare and communicate project status, delivery metrics, risks, issues, and milestones to relevant stakeholders.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   **5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, Scrum Master, Project Management, or software development environments.**
-   Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum principles, ceremonies, backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery practices.
-   **Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and coordinating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.**
-   Ability to identify and manage project risks, dependencies, impediments, scope changes, and delivery issues.
-   Strong communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
-   **Scrum Master, Agile, or related certification is an advantage.**
