**Position:** Quality Supervisor

**Location:** Greer, SC

**Salary:** $50,000 - $60,000 annually

**Overview:**

QuickHire is seeking a Project Coordinator to support quality and containment

projects at our Greer, SC location. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical

aptitude, experience in rework or containment, and a hands-on approach to project

coordination. The Project Coordinator will oversee daily operations, ensure quality

standards are met, and support site launches and small team activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Coordinate and oversee quality and containment activities on-site.
-    Support mechanical rework operations and ensure adherence to specifications.
-    Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and inspectors to maintain
-   workflow and resolve issues.
-    Ensure project documentation, reports, and quality records are accurate and
-   timely.
-    Assist with site launch activities, including setup, training, and process validation.
-    Provide direction and support to small teams to achieve project goals.
-    Maintain flexibility to meet production demands, including overtime and weekend
-   work as needed.

## Requirements

Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a Quality and/or

Containment environment.

 Technical background and demonstrated leadership experience required.

 Experience performing detailed dimensional inspections using precision

measuring tools such as calipers, pin gauges, micrometers, and height

gages.

 Mechanical and/or rework experience required.

 Strong understanding of quality processes, inspection methods, problem-

solving, and containment operations.

 Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Must be flexible to work varying hours, overtime, and weekends as business

needs require.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
