## Requirements

**Responsibilities:**

-   Carry out assembly tasks on the production line while adhering to quality and safety standards
-   Rotate through different workstations as needed based on production demands
-   Handle non-conforming materials and report issues to supervisory staff promptly
-   Identify and address defects in parts or materials immediately
-   Conduct minor rework and seat teardowns as required
-   Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure the proper functionality of tools and equipment
