### **Technical Recruiter – Ethiopia**

**Location:** Ethiopia (Remote)

### **About the Role**

We are looking for a **Technical Recruiter based in Ethiopia** to help us identify and recruit talented software developers.

This role focuses on **sourcing and identifying qualified developer candidates** across Ethiopia. You will help build a strong pipeline of engineering talent by posting jobs, proactively reaching out to candidates, and leveraging your local network.

This is an **hourly contract role with flexible hours**, ideal for someone with experience recruiting developers or working within the Ethiopian tech ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**

-   Source qualified **software developer candidates in Ethiopia**
-   Post job listings on relevant Ethiopian job boards and communities
-   Conduct **direct outreach to candidates** via LinkedIn and other platforms
-   Leverage personal networks and existing candidate pools
-   Identify strong developer talent and introduce them to our hiring team
-   Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates
-   Coordinate with the hiring team to refine candidate criteria
